Специально зашла в книжный, посмотреть в немецком значение слова Schnur. Такое разочарование! Только "шнур" и есть.

Зато в утешение раздобыла очередную добавку к божьим коровкам: Marienkafer (с умляутом), то бишь - Мариин жук.
